We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team in a hands-on role. As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the CFO, CEO, and Leadership teams. You will be the first point of contact for all legal support and will regularly collaborate with Commercial, Science, and Finance teams as well as others, particularly through reviewing commercial contract terms and supporting negotiations. You will be a key individual helping us to grow our business, while at the same time protecting our business security, helping to mitigate risks from reputational, legal, regulatory or compliance issues across our global footprint.
Working pattern: Full-Time – Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Work location: Office Based (note that the current expectation for office-based employees is a minimum of 2 days in the Bottisham office per week)
We are looking for a highly organised and methodical Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Function. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer communication and an integral team member in ensuring that clinical trials and academic sales are running smoothly, supporting deployment of hardware as well as software set up.
This role reports into the Clinical Project Director, as part of the Operations Team. You’ll be an Operations Coordinator playing a key part in delivering pharma clinical trials and academic sales. This is a busy, hands-on role, where you will need to adapt with the requirements of the Operations and Logistics functions.

Alongside the Quality & Regulatory Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality standards across the organisation and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the business. You will take ownership of key quality processes including maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting audit processes. Â

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to manage the daily operations of our HubSpot CRM and provide vital support to the Contracts and Proposals (C&P) team. In this exciting newly created role, you will ensure the CRM system is accurate, clean, and well-organized to support the commercial reporting needs of the business and become the system ‘subject matter expert’. You will also collaborate with the C&P team to assist with our Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including drafting basic pricing requests and managing customer records.Â
