Cognition Kit N-Back (NBX)
The Cognition Kit N-Back task is a measure of attention and working memory.

Task format
The participants will view a stream of abstract shapes (stimuli) one after another. In the 1-Back variant, participants have to determine if the stimulus on screen currently, matches the stimulus shown directly before. If it is a match, they should touch the screen, if it is not a match, they should make no response. The 2-Back version is similar, but has participants compare the current stimulus on screen with their memory of the stimulus two previous.
Outcome measures
Outcome measures cover overall score, accuracy (hits, misses, false alarms and correct rejections) and target sensitivity (A Prime and D Prime).
